Stone County Deputies Makes Four Drug Arrests

On June 3rd, 2015, Stone County Deputies arrest four individuals for possession and distribution of Methamphetamine. 

While on Patrol in the Kimberling City area, a Stone County Deputy observed a maroon Pontiac acting suspicious in the area.  The Deputy observed the vehicle make a traffic violation and he conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle in Kimberling City and made contact with the Driver, Ashley Aaron.  During the course of the stop he asked for and was granted permission to search the vehicle for illegal narcotics.  During the search of the vehicle, a crown royal bag was located which contained 8 small baggies of a crystal substance which field tested positive for methamphetamine.  Along with the baggies was an electronic scale.

The following was then arrested and brought to Stone County Jail:

Ashley Dawn Aaron, white, female, 26 years old and from Kimberling City

Cassie Brianna Harris, white, female, 18 years old and from Forsyth

Ryan Anthony Hall, white, male, 26 years old from Branson

On June 4th, after reviewing the Probable Cause Statements, the Stone County Prosecutor filed the following charges on each individual:

Class B Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute.  Their bond was set at $35,000 Cash only each.

 

On an unrelated event, Deputies were called to a residence in the Reeds Spring Junction area to look for a wanted individual.  When they arrived on scene, the individual they were looking for was not there, but another individual, Daniel Jay Meredith was contacted.  During the course of the investigation it was determined Mr Meredith had an active felony warrant for Probation Violation out of Taney County.  During his arrest, a baggy with a white substance which tested positive for Methamphetamine was located.  Daniel Jay Meredith, a 34 year old white male with a Texas address, was arrested and transported to the Stone County Jail.  On June 4th, after reviewing the Probable Cause Statements, the Stone County Prosecutor filed the following charge on Mr Meredith:

Class C Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance.  His bond was set at $30,000 Cash only.  His Probation Warrant was a no bond warrant.

 

All the individuals remain incarcerated at the Stone County Jail.
