Press Release on William Kelley

Press Release William Timothy Kelly

On Wednesday, November 27th, the Stone County Sheriff’s Department received notification that two young girls, one age 6 and one age 7, had been touched sexually by a male at a residence in Stone County.  The two children were interviewed at the Child Advocacy Center in Branson West later that afternoon. Based on the interviews, Deputies did a check on the suspect and discovered he was a registered sex offender in Stone County.  The Deputies then applied for, received and executed a search warrant at his residence on Holts Wood Road.  During the search warrant, Detectives verified statements made by the children. The suspect, William Timothy Kelley, was arrested and transported to the Stone County Jail where he was later interviewed.  During the interview Mr. Kelley admitted to what was alleged against him.  On Thursday, November 28th, William Timothy Kelley, a 48 yr old white male from Reeds Spring, was charged with 2 Counts of Unclassified Felony of Sodomy First Degree.  His bond was set at $1,000,000.00 Cash.  He is currently still incarcerated at the Stone County Jail.
