Homicide Update

On September 29th, 2013, a family discovered a body which was floating at the end of Jones Trading Post Road, a location south of Lampe in Stone County on Table Rock Lake. The body was later identified as 28 yr old Daniel Martin of Lampe, Missouri. After a preliminary investigation, it was determined the death was suspicious.

In the early morning hours of September 30th, 2013, Stone County Deputies took a male and female in custody as persons of interest surrounding the Homicide. On Monday, September 30th, after several hours of doing interviews and following leads, a probable cause statement was presented to the Stone County Prosecutor.

The following two individuals were charged late on September 30th.

Justin Dion Tuttle, 29 yr old white male from Lampe, and Annmarie Jean Patrick, a 19 yr old female from Kimberling City, were charged with the following:

1 count Class A Felony Murder in the First Degree

1 count Unclassified Felony Armed Criminal Action

Bond has been set at $1,000,000.00 Cash

Both individuals are still incarcerated in the Stone County Jail.

The Sheriff’s Department, along with the Mo State Highway Patrol, is still actively working the case to follow through with other interviews.
