Methamphetamine Lab and Burglary in Galena

On January 10th, 2013, Stone County Detectives received information in reference to a location of stolen property in Galena, Mo.  With the information they were given, and following up with other leads, they had enough information to apply for and obtain a search warrant for a residence in Galena, Mo.  Upon execution of the search warrant, they located several individuals in the residence.  While conducting the search, they located a large amount of stolen property from Crane and items used in the manufacture of methamphetamine and a large amount of finished methamphetamine. 

Arrested at the scene were:

Dustin Charles Gan, 26 yr old male from Galena, who was charged with :  Class C Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Class  C  Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Class B Felony Dist/Del/Manf/Produce or Att Dist/Del/Manf/Prod a Controlled Substance, Class C Felony Possess Chemicals W/Intent to Produce or Create Controlled Substance, and Class D Felony Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia. (total of 5 different charges) His bond is set at $75,000.00 Cash Only.

Niclole Jennings, 30 yr old female from Galena who was charged with:  Class  C  Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Class B Felony Dist/Del/Manf/Produce or Att Dist/Del/Manf/Prod a Controlled Substance, Class C Felony Possess Chemicals W/Intent to Produce or Create Controlled Substance, and Class D Felony Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia. (total of 4 different charges) Her bond is set at $75,000.00 Cash Only.

Randy Higgins, 37 year old male from Galena, was arrested earlier in the day and was incarcerated at the time of the warrant.  He was charged with: Class  C  Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Class B Felony Dist/Del/Manf/Produce or Att Dist/Del/Manf/Prod a Controlled Substance, Class C Felony Possess Chemicals W/Intent to Produce or Create Controlled Substance, and Class D Felony Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia. (total of 4 different charges) His bond is set at $75,000.00 Cash Only.

The Detectives returned to the residence approximately 2 hours later doing further follow up on the investigation.  When they arrived, they found an individual burglarizing the residence while the occupants were incarcerated.  Arrested at that time was William Dan Baker, a 53 year old male from Galena.  He was taken to the Stone County Jail and charged with Class C Felony Burglary with a bond of $25,000.00.
