On Thursday, August 30th, Detectives from Stone County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant at a residence on DD Highway in Stone County. The search warrant stemmed from an Internet Task Force Detective out of Nixa, Mo. The Detective located a computer that was sharing Child Sexual Abuse Photos on line and had actually downloaded some of files to his forensic computer in Nixa. After internet subpoenas were issued and the residence located, Stone County Detectives applied for and received a search warrant for the residence in Stone County to locate the computer or computers sharing the files and copies of the images that were downloaded.

Mr. Waghorn was not present, but was later located in the Branson West Area. He was arrested and taken to Stone County where he admitted the images were his that he had downloaded them from the internet. The computers were seized and taken to Stone County where a full Forensic Exam can be performed on them.
