On Saturday July 21, 2012 the Stone County Sheriff’s Office conducted a Sobriety Checkpoint on State Highway 13 in front of the Table Rock Bait and Tackle Store. The checkpoint had been operational between the hours of 9:00 pm and 2:00 am. 

The result of the checkpoint consisted of 1 arrest for an active warrant, a total of 3 Uniform Traffic Tickets were issue; 1 for no Proof of Insurance, 1 for a Child Restraint Violation, and 1 for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
